Refunds are not always given,this is down to Kimblewicks's discretion. If kimblewick agrees with a refund there is a £5 admin fee.

If you would like to apply for a refund please email enquiries@kimblewick.co.uk explaining your reasons, the centre manager will then contact you.

Refund Policy

EC Pro (Wow Design Solutions Limited) does not issue refunds. Any refunds or account credits are subject to the refund and cancellation policy of the Yard, School or Livery using the EC Pro system.

Please contact the Yard, School or Livery directly. Kimblewick Equestrian Centre LTD is the Merchant of record for all transactions and is responsible for refunds and chargebacks. If dissatisfied with their complaints or refund procedure, you may seek further action.
